Client Service Representative

Job Description:

AB InBev is seeking a reliable and hardworking Client Service Representative to join our team in Abuja, NG. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Maintain accurate client records and update internal databases with client information. 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination in servicing clients. 4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings. 5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve client service processes. 7. Attend training sessions to continually develop knowledge and skills in client service best practices.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
