Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with account transactions, products, and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and provide solutions - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on bank products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong people management and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
