Job Description:

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking a reliable and resilient individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative in Lagos, NG. This part-time entry-level position requires 0 years of experience but a strong willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle client inquiries and requests via phone, email, and in-person - Assist clients with account transactions, inquiries, and problem resolution - Educate clients on products and services offered by the bank - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on bank policies, procedures, and regulations - Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the bank

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Ability to prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Must be detail-oriented and organized - Must be able to work part-time hours
