Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Ernst & Young is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide product information and guidance to clients - Resolve client issues and complaints with a sense of urgency and professionalism - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong communication skills - Creativity and analytical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
