Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description: UBA Group is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team and work remotely from Abuja, NG. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong leadership and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Must be available to work flexible hours
