Job Description - Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


Union Bank of Nigeria is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Specialist to join our team in Lagos on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. 2. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any client-related issues. 3. Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. 5. Assist in the implementation of new client service strategies and initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures related to client service delivery. 7. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to effectively address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. 8. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in client service practices.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in a client service role, preferably in the financial services industry. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
