Remote Client Service Specialist

We are currently seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Globacom in Abuja, NG. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience but welcomes individuals who are driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Provide information regarding products and services to clients - Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to clients
