Remote Client Service Specialist

TotalEnergies is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves communicating with clients through various channels, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and assisting them with any issues they may have. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to the management team.
