Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist at Seplat Petroleum Development in Port Harcourt, NG. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in our database 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of client issues 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention 5. Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives 6. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service delivery

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 4. Driven and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving 5. Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
