Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Shell, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Provide personalized service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner. 3. Conduct research to better understand client preferences and offer tailored solutions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues efficiently. 5. Assist in the development of client service strategies to improve overall satisfaction and retention. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in client service practices. 7. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the company database. 8. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance client service skills. 9. Handle incoming client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 3. Creativity and problem-solving skills to address client challenges effectively. 4. Excellent research skills to gather and analyze client data for personalized service. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 7. Previous experience in client service or a customer-facing role is preferred.
