Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


PwC Nigeria is seeking a passionate and confident Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Abuja. As an Entry Level role, this position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional planning and teamwork skills, along with a strong dedication to providing outstanding client service.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing solutions to their needs. 2. Conduct research and gather information to better understand client requirements and preferences. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables. 5. Track and report on client interactions and outcomes to evaluate service effectiveness. 6. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving client service processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 1+ years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
