Client Service Specialist - Work from home

SLB is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work remotely from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems as needed - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements - Meet and exceed performance goals and service level agreements

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and analysis skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
