Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Work from home

IHS Towers is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their needs and concerns. You will also work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to clients.


The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and energetic, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and cooperation. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CRM software and a background in telecommunications or technology is preferred.
