Job Description:

Wema Bank is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Lagos, Nigeria. As an Entry Level Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance with account-related questions - Process client transactions and requests accurately and efficiently - Maintain client records and ensure information is up-to-date - Resolve client issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience - Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to effectively assist clients - Meet performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client service role - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong communication skills - Strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
