Client Support Assistant

AB InBev is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and problems are resolved efficiently - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in client support - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - Proven experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Planning and adaptability soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
