Job Description - Client Support Manager

As the Client Support Manager at Ernst & Young in Ibadan, NG, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with our clients. This part-time position at a mid-to-senior level requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts in delivering high-quality services to clients. 4. Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and invoicing processes. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients. 6. Provide regular reports and updates on client accounts to senior management. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and changes to better serve clients.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits to effectively manage client relationships. 2. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and leadership to drive initiatives and projects. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively. 4. Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 6. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office suite. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
