Job Description:
The Dangote Group is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client support remotely. You will play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and service, while also helping to drive the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic plans to support and service clients remotely - Manage a team of remote support staff to ensure timely and effective service delivery - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise - Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform client support strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing) - Proven experience in client support or customer service, with at least 7 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Reliable and driven, with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations - Emotional intelligence and the ability to understand and adapt to different client needs - Strong research skills to stay informed on industry trends and best practices - Experience with CRM software and other client support tools - Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours to support clients in different time zones
