Job Description:
British American Tobacco is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This role will be a work-from-home position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving any issues that may arise - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support - Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client feedback and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant support to clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively - Excellent presentation skills - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
