Job description:
IHS Towers is seeking a motivated and driven Client Support Officer to join our team in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in client support. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist in the resolution of client issues and concerns, escalating to management when necessary - Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development of client support strategies and initiatives - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client support role - Motivated and driven personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
