Job Description:
Nestlé is currently seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support roles. As a Remote Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various remote communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their concerns. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with clients. 3. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to address client issues effectively. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client problems and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Track and document client interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client support process and suggest innovative solutions.
Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful personality traits 2. Strong leadership and time management skills 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 4. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment 5. Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional client support 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours with the potential for increased responsibilities in the future
