Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Jumia is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner. - Troubleshoot client technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team member if needed. - Assist clients with navigating our platform and utilizing our products and services effectively. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database. - Identify and report trends in client issues to improve overall customer experience. - Continuously update knowledge of products and services to better assist clients. - Meet or exceed performance targets set by management.

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role. - Confident and hardworking with a strong work ethic. - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
