Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


MTN is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Support Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is part-time and entry-level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the telecommunications industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients experiencing issues with our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients. 6. Assist with customer retention efforts by building strong relationships with clients. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.


Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the role. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Creativity to find unique solutions to client problems. - Emotional intelligence to handle difficult client interactions with empathy. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
