Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Interswitch Group is seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field, the ideal candidate will be resourceful, hardworking, and possess excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions via phone, email, or live chat. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support for our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and trends. 6. Contribute to the improvement of client support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Availability to work part-time hours from a home office.
