Job Description - Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Wema Bank is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Ibadan, NG. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide technical support to clients experiencing issues with our products or services. 3. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients. 3. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
