Remote Client Support Representative

We are looking for a talented Remote Client Support Representative to join our team at TotalEnergies in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: independence and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot client issues and provide timely resolutions. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall client satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
