Client Support Representative

Job Description: The Dangote Group is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients, guiding them through the purchasing process. - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and resolution of any delivery or billing issues. - Proactively reach out to clients to follow up on their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products or services to clients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, documenting all interactions and pertinent information.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
