Job Description - Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Wema Bank is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Support Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in the banking industry.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. - Educate clients on banking products and services to help them make informed decisions. - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to clients.


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on people management. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. - High school diploma or equivalent.


Personality traits: - Driven to succeed in a customer service role. - Dedicated to providing exceptional support to clients.


Soft skills: - Strong planning skills to effectively manage client inquiries and tasks.
