Remote Client Support Specialist

British American Tobacco is seeking a Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote client support via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product support. 2. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service skills while interacting with clients. 3. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively support clients.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable personality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. 2. Confidence and strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients. 3. Analytical skills to track and analyze client data for insights. 4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 5. Experience using CRM software and other client support tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
