Remote Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

MTN is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Client Support Specialist to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client support role and possess the personality traits of being hardworking and confident. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate soft skills such as creativity and adaptability.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and issue resolution. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest solutions to management. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless support process. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a client support role. 2. Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
