Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Globacom, a leading telecommunications company in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Lagos, Nigeria, at the Associate level. We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of experience in client support roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat 2. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members 3. Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction 4. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and procedures 5. Maintain accurate and updated client records in the CRM system 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients

Requirements: 1. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 3. Experience in people management 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
