Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and driven Contact Center Assistant to join our team at KPMG Nigeria in Ibadan. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the business world.
Responsibilities: - Assist with managing inbound and outbound calls in our contact center, providing excellent customer service and support to clients. - Respond to inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. - Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity within the contact center. - Contribute to strategic planning efforts to improve customer experience and overall performance. - Utilize creativity to come up with innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - Confident and driven personality with a strong desire to succeed. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to think creatively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills. - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
