Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and confident individual to join our team as a Contact Center Assistant at Hilton in Lagos, NG. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and assisting guests with their inquiries and requests. 2. Handling reservations and bookings for hotel rooms, restaurants, and other services. 3. Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. 4. Collaborating with other team members to meet and exceed performance goals. 5. Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping. 6. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times. 7. Requirements: 1. Must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Confidence in handling guest interactions effectively and efficiently. 3.
