Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time position at an Entry Level, this role will primarily involve providing support to our contact center operations.

Responsibilities: - Assist with answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Help troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Handle administrative tasks as needed - Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Use critical thinking skills to problem solve and make informed decisions

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in a customer service role - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
