Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Abuja, NG. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, and possess strong teamwork and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain customer records and update as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Meet performance goals and targets

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strong problem-solving skills - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits - Teamwork and cooperation skills
