Job Description - Remote Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our Hilton team in Abuja, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This role will require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar customer service or contact center environment.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency - Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide accurate information about Hilton properties, services, and promotions - Utilize persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services to guests - Conduct research to answer guest questions and provide personalized recommendations - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, sales, and productivity - Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives that improve the overall customer experience
