Job Description:
MainOne is looking for a motivated and energetic Contact Center Associate to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As an entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. 6. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions. 4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills. 6. Must be detail-oriented and have a high level of accuracy. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of incoming inquiries. 8. Must be motivated, energetic, and willing to learn.
