Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

First Bank of Nigeria is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Lagos, NG. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. 3. Providing information about products and services offered by the bank. 4. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
