Job Description:
AB InBev is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position requires a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, who is driven, hardworking, innovative, and has strong presentation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the operations of the contact center, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery to customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Lead and motivate a team of contact center representatives, providing training and coaching as needed. 4. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide feedback for product and service enhancements. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager or in a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
