Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Lafarge Africa in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a contact center management role.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement contact center strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives. 2. Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement and development. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and operations. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance contact center operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in contact center management, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and excellent project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and contact center software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Willingness to work part-time and flexible hours as needed.
