Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Andela is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Contact Center Officer to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will play a crucial role in our contact center operations.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing company systems and software to assist customers efficiently - Serving as a brand ambassador for Andela and upholding our company values - Meeting performance metrics and quality standards set by the company - Demonstrating leadership skills and assisting in the training of new team members - Making presentations to management on contact center performance and customer feedback

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Proficiency in using contact center software and tools - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members - Presentation skills to communicate effectively with management - Must be dedicated and motivated to provide exceptional customer service - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
