Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


Chevron Nigeria is seeking a motivated and hardworking Contact Center Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or to gather information - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved - Documenting all customer interactions in the company's database - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction - Staying up to date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Proficiency in time management and the ability to multitask effectively - Availability to work part-time hours - High school diploma or equivalent
