Job Description - Contact Center Officer


Job Description: Unilever Nigeria is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Abuja on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Contact Center Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance via phone, email, and chat. The Contact Center Officer will also be required to escalate complex issues to senior team members and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues. 3. Escalate complex customer concerns to senior team members. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Uphold a high level of customer service at all times. 8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Driven and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong leadership and innovation soft skills. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
