Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Guaranty Trust Bank in Lagos, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Listen to customer's inquiries and issues, identify their needs, and provide accurate information and solutions. 3. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality customer service and satisfaction. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions. 6. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management. 7. Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
