Job Description:
Lafarge Africa is seeking a dynamic and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As a part-time entry-level position, the Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 4. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 5. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. 6. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 7. Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 3. Driven and resilient personality traits. 4. Proficient in research and analysis. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
