Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Paystack is seeking a talented and energetic Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Abuja, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting customers with account-related inquiries. 3. Utilizing emotional intelligence to handle escalated customer situations with empathy and understanding. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and procedures within the contact center. 5. Demonstrating problem-solving skills to efficiently resolve customer concerns and provide solutions.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Energetic personality with a positive attitude. 3. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote environment. 4. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.
