Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Representative to work from home for Standard Chartered Bank in Ibadan, NG. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls and providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently. 6. Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet established performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction. 8. Work independently to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and resourceful personality traits are essential for this role. 2. Strong presentation and teamwork skills are necessary to succeed in this position. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
