Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Kuda Bank is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Abuja, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Provide information to customers about our products and services - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Assist with training new contact center team members as needed - Contribute to team meetings and share ideas for process improvement

Requirements: - Resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong teamwork and planning skills - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with basic computer programs and ability to learn new software quickly
