Remote Contact Center Specialist

The Dangote Group is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and chats to provide excellent customer service. You will be expected to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department. Additionally, you will need to document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

To succeed in this role, you must be resourceful and resilient, able to handle high-stress situations with emotional intelligence, and work effectively in a team environment. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
