Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Airtel Nigeria is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lagos, NG. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone calls, email, and live chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account information, billing inquiries, product inquiries, and technical support. 3. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Dedication and reliability in providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions independently. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions. 5. Ability to work part-time hours in a fast-paced environment. 6. Associate level seniority with the desire to grow within the company.
