Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Bank in Lagos, NG. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution. 3. Provide information on products, services, and promotions to customers. 4. Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with services. 5. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. 7. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 8. Meet and exceed customer service and performance targets.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 4. Persuasion skills to effectively sell products and services to customers. 5. Cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and other departments. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
